How do I make a return purchased in store?

Your 2XU experience is important to us, therefore we’re happy to provide exchanges for garments within 7 days of purchase, as long as they’re in a sellable condition. Simply take your garments back to the place of purchase with your receipt and ask to speak with the store manager, who will be happy to help.

How do I make an online return?

Garments purchased through our online store can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided that the garment is in a sellable condition. To organise an exchange of an online purchase, please email us  

Can I return underwear, bras & socks?

2XU Singapore is unable to accept returns of bras, underwear or socks due to hygiene purposes. 

When will my purchase be refunded?

We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase within 1 to 2 business weeks.

I think my item might be faulty?

We only ever want our customers to be wearing the best possible garments. To read about our 12 month warranty, please visit our ­Warranty page. If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please submit a request for return or exchange, along with any relevant images. We aim to respond to all requests within 24-48 hours.
